Sunday is Ramanth's birthday

I injured my lower back on Thursday (picking Kia up ). I was pretty much immobilized Friday. Saw the chiropractor Friday and Saturday. Felt well enough after the second adjustment to sit in a theater and see Brave. Afterwards, we picked up fish and ribs to cook on the grill and I relaxed on the deck.

This afternoon I had lunch with my sister and nieces. Later I visited with my grandma.

Now I'm at work. All in all, it's been a great weekend despite the back injury. I'm still going to need some more adjustments, but hopefully I'll be back to my old self again soon.

LOL! Well, actually, she's already on a Senior Formula and eats less. It's the fact that she's less active that's making her put on the weight. I need to walk her more even though she's not a huge fan of it anymore.
