To the darling Es and their wonderful Secretary: thank you so much for the lovely garden party. I had a MARVELOUS time. Scritchies to the precious host and hostess.
I'm sometimes asked "Why do you spend so much of your time and money talking about kindness to animals when there is so much cruelty to men?" I answer: "I am working at the roots." -George T. Angell, reformer (1823-1909)

Juni, Pichu and Milo will bring their new sister Mitzi to the party. She's always dressed for a night out in her little black dress, but we hope it's not too fancy for a garden party

Randi, we also call Hydrangea Hortensia. Mine just bloomed so pretty this year, much more blue than last year, when it was all lavender. I'm thinking to take cuttings with me to the new place.

I hadn't thought of that. How do you do it? Can you part it by the root, or will a little cutting make new roots?

    Where are you moving to?

    Best of luck!
