Please understand that those of us here who care about you are upset and concerned. You MUST get to a doctor ASAP and find out why this happened. Also since you live alone, ask your doctor about getting a "Medic Alert" if it's available in Germany. With a Medic Alert system all you do is press a button that sends an alert and help will be on the way. My son will be going to the Dominican Republic soon and I'll be getting one.
