    Rango sure is a beauty. I didn't know lizards made a growl sound? Usually when I have seen them in the wild they a scooting here & there.

    At our farmers market a lady had a lizard on her shoulder named Rue. She said she takes him to rest homes, schools, etc., to visit people. He was very gentle & she got him a special treat at the market which was kale.
    The frost is on the pumpkin & I've been BOO'D by two pet talk ghosts.

    Aww, sounds like Rue was probably a bearded dragon, I had one years ago and she loved Kale!

    Geckos are the only lizards I know of that vocalize. Here's a video I found of a teeny baby leopard gecko growling at his person.

    Why hello beautiful Rango! Your looking pretty good must I say.

    I didn't know lizards growled either. And I sure didn't know they growled like that!

    Hee hee, I must say, it was a big surprise the first time I heard it! It's a big noise for such a tiny creature!
