It's unbelieveable and so sad that someone could do that deliberately.The article says the bag was tied shot.
I hope this little baby will find a loving home and be spoiled the rest of his life.

Thank goodness Pip was rescued. No kitten, or any other living thing for that matter, should be treated like that.God bless the person who found him and took him to the SPCA. I hope Pip finds a good, loving home soon.
