When I was much younger I loved laying out at the beach and getting tanned that way. I haven't done that in years and I do not believe in those horrible tanning beds. That tanning lady you're talking about comes from right here in my state of NJ and she looks like a circus act. I would try talking to your daughter to stop the tanning especially since skin cancer runs in the family.

What I do to make my skin look tanned in the summer is I use Tan Towels which I buy from HSN. You just rub them on your arms and legs or where ever you want to look tanned. They work great and there are no after effects at all.
