I make corn salsa, corn pudding, corn souffle, corn casserole, and corn soup. (I love corn!) I find those doggone cobs get in the way and it is better to take the kernels off!

p.s. I also bought one for my mom who loves corn on the cob but worries about taking out one of her 88 year old teeth.
