Thanks everybody, I am more alert today than when Paul last saw me, and hope to be able to go home today if all goes well.

Thanks everyone! I am home now, and feeling much better, without giving you the gory details. Bandages and all I can deal with, glad not to be anchored to a bed or an IV stand. I have been told to get plenty of rest over the next week, but after that, the gallbladder surgeon indicated that many of my food intolerances were misdiagnosed, long-standing gallbladder disease. Hopefully there will be a good side to this! But we will be proceeding with caution, regardless!
