    Mommy made me tired!

My whole family 'cept my mom went some place called Washington DC this weekend. Mom has work so she couldn't go and she loves having the house to herself. So she took me for a hike (ya know one of those really long walks in the woods?) today!! It was the first time since the last pictures we posted that we went. We went 4 miles total, two miles into the trail and two back. I was real good and didn't even need be squirted once. Mommy said she hasn't shared picture in awhile but she decided to today since she's going on vacation soon and starting an internship, but she said we'll be going on much more hikes this summer - YAY!!

She was taking FOREVER!! She said she had to change some fuses in da car before we left...geeezzzz lady how long does that take!

So finally I had to yell at her!!

Finally we got out on the trail, this is at our one mile marker!

    Yay a bridge!

This was when we stopped for a break. Mom had all the treats.

We finally made it to the end. I surprised mom by going in the water this far! I got in 'cause I wanted to cool off. It felt so good.

Mommy said I was good, other then picking up a snail in the water and scaring a frog! K, I'm gonna go nap now, I worked hard today.

Mikey, what a great hike you had. I enjoyed all the photos, but you "yelling" at mom to get a move it is hilarious!

That bridge is great, did you peer over the side?

You SCARED a frog? Hey Mikey, did you know that if you pick a frog up, it will secret some icky stuff in your mouth to make you put it down again? And then you will be drooping and foaming for 3 to 5 minutes, ha ha haaa. We had a dog growing up, she would collect frogs and place them all together on the front patio area. A drink of water will help, if you ever do that.
