What a handsome, simply magnificent boy you are, Pete! I know you big birdies are famous for your longevity, but still, you don't look half your 29 years!Beautiful, smart (you have a larger vocabulary than some humans I know
), and quite the cuddler/lover boy...how did your human get so lucky?
How wonderful that in your middle years you found your way to such a loving and caring, final forever home, Pete! I'm sure it was a bit of a transition, adjusting to your new digs and surroundings, a new family of humans and a feathered friend (not to mention all of those unfamiliar birdie toys)! But it didn't take long for you to settle in, for your precious personality to reveal itself, your beautiful spirit to shine, shine, shine! What a wonderful bond of love and trust you and your human have forged in such a brief time, a bond that will only grown stronger with time, no doubt! You and your family make for one heavenly match, Pete, and I hope for you all many, many more happy years of shared love and friendship!They are truly blessed to have such a joyful best feathered friend in you (and Merlin too)!
Enjoy your much deserved Pet of the Day reign, sweetheart, celebrating to the max with Merlin, being loved and pampered to pieces...more than usual, that is!
Love and cuddles to you, beautiful Pete!(Anything good on the tube tonight?
)
