We ALWAYS stay up !! My husband has 4 sisters , and they are all very close to each other !
So every year one of them or we organize a family reunion ! We have lots of food AND fun ; at 12 o'clock , we count down loud from 10 , give 3 kisses to everybody , and exchange presents . Lots of fun every year !!!
This year , 2003 , we stayed up till 3.25 AM ; then we had to drive home (1/2 hour drive) !!! (I drove , as I do not drink alcohol)
