I thought of you tonight, as my favorite rice pudding is on sale (buy one get one) AND I had a coupon, so of course I got it, and it says "Gluten free" in big green letters on it. My body doesn't care about it being gluten-free, but it is happy that unlike most other puddings out there, it has no corn starch or corn syrup!
