    Collar alert

What a gorgeous girl you have there. I hope you have many years to enjoy each other's company! Please consider getting a harness instead of a collar for when you let her outside. Many cats have hung themselves because they had a collar and they jumped up onto a fence ledge or something. Of course it's ideal to never let them outside without supervision instead...
Please have your pets sterilized as soon as possible to lower, and one day hopefully eliminate, unwanted and abandoned pets. It IS our responsibility. Adopting from a shelter also helps - encouraging breeders just adds to the overpopulation.

Beautiful Sylvia with your lovely tabby coat and white mittens! How neat that you go adventuring with your purr-son! You are both the city girl and the country girl Happy Cat of the Day to you!

Sylvia what a beauty you are to be sure!!!

Your colors look like my favorite season: autumn!!! No wonder you love the woods. Wearing those colors you are an 'autumn' for sure. Be careful not to stray away from your guardian when out in the woods. There are things there that can harm you. I hope you are being properly spoiled today.

Congratulations, sweetie, on being our very special Cat of the Day!!!

    So special Sylvia!

Hi beautiful Sylvia, cat of the forest...angel and diva divine! A very happy Cat of the Day to you! (LOVE those sparkling green eyes!)
I hope you and your Mommy are enjoying a very special evening, reveling in your well earned day in the spotlight!
And what a wonderful way to end my day, meeting you; reading all about your happy life, those adventure filled hikes into the woods! For a seasoned citizen you sure don't look near your age, and I think you've logged more miles than most able and healthy humans I know! How very, very blessed your human has been these many years, having you, her loyal and devoted best furkid there by her side, be it hiking the woods, or curling up together on the couch after a long day! You truly are one extra special girl, Sylvia, and so very deserving of your "top cat" reign!
Lots of love and cuddles to you, beautiful Sylvia! Here's to many more happy, carefree years of shared love and companionship for you and your Mom!
