I've been counting calories since September. Nothing major I just limit myself to under 1600 calories per day. I go off on weekends and holidays like christmas. I have been writing down calories in a notebook and I work out 2 to 3 times a week or more. I lost about 7 pounds and I have been gaining muscle, I want to be toned more than anything.
