    Personally, I would talk with an attorney before submitting any resignation. What's to keep them from terminating you now - thus saving themselves the money you are owed?

    I would just make sure that you check out every detail before taking this step.

    yeah my friends had a good idea. And I wil check out th details. The union rep is not for it. I'm not sure why.
