FIGI!!!!! Hello there handsome fella! Oh my I do so recognize that grooming set up. I bet this pic was taken after the blow dry and before the trim, ha ha haaaa.

You see, I know this because all 5 of my bichons are rescues TOO! And I groom them myself TOO! I am thrilled to pieces to see you at Dog of the Day today, you are just so deserving of this fine honor. A pet therapy dog? But of COURSE, bichons are great at this. I participate on a bichon forum, and we have several who do pet therapy, and several like my Willy who do Agility! I can completely understand your Human saying you light up life -- oh yes bichons are SO GOOD at this!

Clothes? He heee, bichons and outfits, what a combo! My five have quite the wardrobe too, an entire closet to themselves. OF course, I need 5 of everything, so it adds up.

Figi, I am happy for you, that you were rescued and found such a loving Human to live with. HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY, Figi!

Greetings adorable Figi! Happy Dog of the Day to you! I'm with my fellow posters, yours is a feel good story through and through! Just the sight of you makes me feel warm and furry...I mean fuzzy...all over!
I can't tell you how touched, how moved I was by your Mommy's loving words, reading how in rescuing you she herself was rescued...of your selfless work as a therapy dog, bringing smiles and comfort to those in need! You just might be the most loved pup on the planet, Figi, and understandably so! How lucky your dear Mom is, having a furry best friend, a soul mate, as joyful and personality packed (looking for fleas), as loving and giving as you, sweetheart! You're an earthly angel with a heart of gold, and SO very deserving of the title Dog of the Day, each and every day of the year!
