Looking at these pics again today for a second time. Does Fister let you pick him up? If he were my cat I would be holding him and smooching him regulary! What is it about orange cats that makes them so kissable. Again, love these pics. The close-up of his sweet sleeping face...OH...be still my heart!

I am able to lift him, but with loud protests. However, I can snuggle up with him real close and he enjoys that - actually, he asks for it. In the mornings after my shower, he is waiting for me, his head on MY pillow and he simply won't move! I just have to lay down with him and he accepts I cover us both with the duvet for a few minutes.

That is sweeter than sweet! He looks like a love bug.
Buddy is the only one of the three of mine that will let me hold him. When I get up in the morning he lets me hold him for a sort while with his paws over my shoulder. When I come home from work I do the same thing and he almost seems like he is hugging me back. He leans into my neck and face. I love to put my nose in his fur and just sniff him. I never dreamed a cat could be so loving and and affectionate.

I just had another look at the pictures of Buddy... awww, what a sweetie he is!! Deep down Fister is also a love bug, but he doesn't always wants to show it - only at certain times. We have this bedtime routine that I absolutely love! Will try to explain it in some other post - some day.
