    Wow....thanks for the thread Randi and thanks everyone for your responses.. Unfortunately or fortunately depending on how you look at it, today is my last day of work. Was hoping it would be a half day but will have to put in the whole 7 hours. The next couple of months will be focussing on my my physical health. Past two months have been too much partying, too much food, too many lunches out, too much drink, well you know the story. It's on to the yogurt and salad from now on.
