But perhaps it is karma. You have adopted a new mommy and love her - even if not as much as your daddy. Such kind and loving behavior is repaid with a long and happy life.

Hi there Whiskers! Happy Cat of the Day to you! Nothing warms my heart more than seeing a most deserving senior being honored here on Cat of the Day! How lucky your Daddy is, having been blessed with your devotion and unconditional love these many years, Whiskers! And having been a "daddy's girl" myself, I know first hand how special a bond you and he share! But of course your Mommy loves you too, and no doubt she much appreciates you allowing her to "stay!"And you are so right, Whiskers; the key to a long and happy life IS love! I have been lucky enough to have had 2 kitties to live well past the age of 20 (Hambone and Buddy), and I have no doubt that you and your family will share many more wonderful, carefree, NM sun soaked, love filled years together!
