Thanks to you for taking in this beautiful kitty and giving him the chance to live the life he deserves. I hope that his story tugs at the heartstrings of those who for some reason still don't see the importance of sterilization. We lost one of the kittens our rescue group saved today because of an infection after kidney surgery - we did all we could to save her and our hearts are broken at losing Charlotte. Her kitty mom Isis gave birth in less than great circumstances and now Charlotte is the second beautiful one to not make it. Kitties like Benny and Charlotte deserve a proper beginning in life or they suffer - thankfully Benny has the best life he could considering his start.

Please have your pets sterilized as soon as possible to lower, and one day hopefully eliminate, unwanted and abandoned pets. It IS our responsibility. Adopting from a shelter also helps - encouraging breeders just adds to the overpopulation.
