The reference number on my receipt didn't match up with the correct picture and I didn't keep the link that you had given to me. I had to upload the picture that you sent me and then I had to pull it to fit it in the mousepad area. The lady could then view it and said that it should print fine. She's also going to make sure that a printing specialist will oversee the printing to make sure that everything is done correctly. I should have it by Dec.13th or sooner.

Here's a picture of what the defective one looks like. My batteries in my camera were also dead so the pictures of the cats look kind of washed out. They really look much better in person. Just look at border though.

Tracey, if they haven't printed it yet then I can send you the original. It is much larger is size and higher in resolution as well so there will be no stretching needed. Sorry the print job turned out so bad on the mouse pad. The white border you see is actually the 'raw' mouse pad. It is white in color so there is just nothing printed where you see the white.
