I have trouble getting my three cats to get along. Ever since Tigger died, Alison would rather be alone. Peaches is herself, and poor Ashes wants to have buddies but every time he gets too close to ether Alison or Peaches, he gets the growling, hissing, and smacking. Poor guy. Thankfully if they give space then everything is ok and I have seen them nap close to each other sometimes.
In loving memory of Tigger 2003-2009. In loving memory of Ashes 2001-2013.

I have to admit I was chuckling reading this report!

Tommy and Mandy do NOT get along. They can go a few hours, and then he has to taunt her, which results in the screaming you described. Since she already lives in one bedroom, I just shoo him out and close the door so he can't return. The door is closed at night so I don't have to worry. And if I am leaving for any length of time during the day I close it too. Dad wouldn't have a clue what to do with them.
