I am wondering about a Black and White Cat who I call Kenny.
He has a collar, so I assume that he is someones Cat, but he is always there , as lately he eats as though the wolves are around the corner
I will let him in out of the cold, I cannot see why he is outdoors all the time.
I pray that he has not be abandoned.
