Hey Moff - how about putting a shade in the window? Chip gets messing with that and sets the spring off that rolls it up, and he'd probably have the living bee-geebies scared out of him, since that's one heck of a startling noise when it springs up unexpectedly.It just might cure him.

I can't get up there to pull a shade down a million times a day anyway. I can't even get up there to take the torn blinds down. I was able to reach as far as the blind damage though and clip the hanging slats and cords off. I sure didn't want to go in there and find one of them had gotten trapped in the hanging cords and hurt or worse.
The neighbors will just have to deal with a herd of cats watching their every move from now on.
No matter what anyone does, someone some where will be offended some how!!!!
