That's what I was thinking... time to put a call in to Groucho, kitty lawyer
Frankie and Chip, it's NOT a good idea to try to make blinds into toys. Cassie has tried, too and it just doesn't work. We do have a piece of string from blinds in the toy basket-- it has a large knot that *someone* decided would be fun to play with. That's how I found out blinds don't make good toys.
But oh, Frankie! You are definitely getting bigger and just as beautiful
Frankie and Chip, please try to stick to the kitty toys meowmie gives you to play with. Crime scenes!

When I bought this house in 2001, there were vertical blinds in the front living room. I replace those with shades before even moving in! Ha ha haaa.
Oh my that photo of the crime! Woo wee, they had a grand old time, didn't they?!!!
