I was smiling when I read your story, and my mouth literally fell when I read the end of it, how sad and horrible for you and your owner. I am SO sorry to hear this. I hope that somehow you can beat the odds and stay with your family for much longer. Take care, and know that we are praying for you.

Hello Bruna, You sure are handsome! I've never had a cat that liked water and it must be fun to watch you play in water. I am so sorry you have cancer and at such a young age too. I hope you will surprise the doctors and live a lot longer. I know your human loves you very much and has and will take great care of you. Congrats on being COTD!

You and your purrson are very lucky to have each other. I, too, am heartsick that you are not well, and I pray for many happy days ahead for you.

I fell in love with him reading your tribute and I hope that somehow he will live longer than the vets seem to think. Miracles happen and I urge you to join a Yahoo group to get advice from others who have been through the same thing with their pussycats. Sometimes the vets don't know everything and you may be surprised at the ways others will be able to help and support you and Bruno.

Please have your pets sterilized as soon as possible to lower, and one day hopefully eliminate, unwanted and abandoned pets. It IS our responsibility. Adopting from a shelter also helps - encouraging breeders just adds to the overpopulation.

How sad that Bruno is not well. Just make every day a good day for as long as you can; then you will have good memories. Like the others, I hope that Bruno can beat the odds and live a long, fun filled life.
