Absolutely . We kept a running list during our trip so we dont forget any honorable mentions in the letter. I will be writing the letter on monday while hannah is at preschool. I always encourage people to do that too. I think people are always quick to write a complaint but not enough people write to give cast members a shout out when they really deserve it

It just never ceases to amaze me how even though there are thousands upon thousands of people at disney at any given time how the cast members can make you feel special and like an individual in the crowds
