A Dying Dog & The Perfect Day

That is a sweet story. Casey's last day(s) she wouldn't have been able to do most of those things. She could barely go up and down steps and wasn't able to eat much or keep food down. The end is a tough time more so for us owners than it is for the dog I feel. However, I have always known when the time had come and was able to make the right decision with my pets, although never an easy thing to do. They just don't live long enough.

Very nice story. But you know what? I'd like to think we have a lot of 'perfect days' with our furkids long before they are old or ill. I'm sure the guy and dog in this story did too.
