Eye witness testimony has probably sent many innocent people to prison. If you listen to the prisoners, everyone there is innocent.

If the eye witness is unreliable , what does this do for history. I once had a history teacher that said " history is relative to the observer and how much mud he had between his toes."

I walked the 15 feet and sure enough there was MM, but as I walked back to my computer she was still there until I was ready to sit back in my chair. I wasted all those feet for nothing.
