Flag these Craigslist Ads

The fact that this same "bird" has been being advertised on CL for a year now?

Also, if the "rehomer" really wants to get the bird a good home, there's a bird sanctuary about 5 miles away who deals with exotic birds.

I was only going by what was posted - that it was a baby and born May 5th. Evidently he wants to get money back invested in the bird. A sanctuary isn't going to do that, are they?

Partial list of items for sale and services the advertisement of which is not permitted on craigslist:

Household pets of any kind including but not limited to dogs, cats, primates, cage birds, rodents, reptiles, amphibians, fish. Re-homing with small adoption fee OK

1) $1200 isn't a "small" adoption fee.

2) Pet sales are prohibited. Doesn't matter whether you're doing it once (which the person with the Macaw isn't) or 50 times, it's not permitted on their site.

The only way to remove the ads from CL is to flag them and have CL take them down. No flags? The ads stay.

For quite a while these ads had gone away, why they're back all of a sudden I don't know.

Thank you for clarifying. I don't deal with CL so the macaw ad appeared legit to me.
