I tried posting it on CL too and it wouldn't allow me to. I did, however, post on FB as well. Hopefully the word will spread like wildfire.

Oh believe me, they're out there. I get totally frustrated at the abuse in this country and the judge's and prosecutors lack of prosecuting it as a felony. Jay Baldwin, serial cat killer, had children's underwear in his apartment. What the he!! does THAT tell you. But because he had rights, his past, including risk of injury to a minor and other pretty bad offenses, couldn't be disclosed in court.
