How in the world can she appeal that??? She's on tape lying for everyone to hear!

But didn't she plead guilty to the charges too?? - I thought she did. And on different occasions, her attorneys stated that she lied to authorities. I don't get it! And so now some guy in prison in SC says he could be the father and wants DNA testing - and if he is that he will file a wrongful death suit against Casey. I wonder who will come up with what, next??? This is getting to sound more and more like a very poorly written soap opera - only worse.

Did you happen to see the woman who claimed that b/c she resembles Casey that someone ran her off the road and her car overturned twice? She said that the woman called her a baby killer, etc. I think it's bogus. Just b/c her haircut is like Casey's WAS doesn't mean she looks at all like her. Say what we will about Casey, she's an attractive girl, much more so than the doink who wants her 15 minutes, both she and her mother.
