It can't get cold enough in Hawaii so that you need to sleep with cats to keep warm. Now there are places where the warmth from a beautiful furry cat like Samantha would be helpful; Frostfrog may have some experience here. As I recall, however, when I lived in a cold climate the cats stayed with me so *they* would be warm.
