Thanks, kokopup. A little more digging and I found out that the press release at that link was released in 2006/07.

I searched the GE site, then finally sent them an email. The carecredit.ca referenced in the linked document went to yet another parked site.

Maybe they didn't find it profitable and it's gone.

Dang takeovers! lol
