How do you like your job? Tough huh? But worth it. (I've had way too much experience w/nursing homes and dementia to last a lifetime)

My job is certainly challenging and frustrating at times. And although geriatrics wasn't exactly what I wanted to do, I love my job. The thank yous I get from my residents, that you can truly tell is from their hearts, is worth every minute of it It's truly made me grow and become a more selfless person.
