I just couldn't finish reading the article. I'm in tears.
I can't believe these people who work with dogs, either as their partners or in dog training could do something like this.
I could never "forget" my dogs outside in the car. NEVER!!!

Ridiculous. These dogs serve their handlers and citizens, and yet they died a horrible death in the hands of their handlers. How horrible and sad.
