I never heard of marking spay/neuter and release by clipping an ear! But I'm sure those good folks who do such great work do need some visible sign to alert them to an already treated kitty! But regardless, snipped ear or not, you couldn't be more beautiful if you tried; beautiful inside and out! How lucky your person is, having such a devoted, loving gem of a furkid in you, Nutsy; a best friend and soul mate for life!
