My Bennie looks and acts alot like your Charlie; he is a talker kitty, too. Always has to get the last word in, in fact, and talks to his 'toys." His favorites are milk jug rings and he plays fetch with them. He is also scared around strangers; his mom was a feral cat, but when we went to meet the litter, he was the only one who would come onto our laps. Gotta love those Tuxedos!
