I have a cat like that - inbred. He's a SMIB - Southern Michigan In-Bred. His father was also his brother

Poor Grady - he's a love, but a tad bit off at times, if you catch my drift.

Wom needs to read some Lewis Grizzard.

Now I'm from the south, but that was funny, Grace.

So Wom, Do you know the difference between naked and nekked?

I am reminded of the talk by the talking heads of the day (1981?) during Diana's engagement to Charles.

The "talk" had several points (I thought it was disgusting at the time and still do):

Diana was tall, so hopefully the kids would be tall

    She was beautiful .....

Although she was more "British" that the current Royals, she was very distantly related and that would introduce some new genes.

I've noticed since Diana and Charles wed, that there has been less fuss about royals marrying commoners. It's about time.

I knew a guy once who was a retired gardener, he worked for the Royal Family
on their estates. Some of the stories he told me would make ya stand on ya head.....some real weird stuff goes on with those royals.

Years ago the royals all inter-married to control lands and keep power.

Also years ago people did not travel much. Two hundred years ago a person lived and died often without traveling more then 10 miles from their birth place.

Many Amish are interbred they are all called Yoder, Miller, and there is a third name that escapes me now. But there is a small pool of maybe a few hundred in some places here and they interbreed.

Even today most people marry someone within a 30 mile radius.

Jeff Foxworthy told a really funny joke

You might be a redneck if you go to a family reunion to pick up chicks.

We have a community of Plymouth Brethren here. They only marry within their faith, and some of them are pretty closely related.....LOL.
We call them "Hanky Heads or Feathery Legs"

Is the other name Hershberger? We have lots of them along with the Yoders and Troyers. Troyers make beautiful furniture. The Hershbergers shoe & trim horses. They are a hard working group of people. They originally came from the Pennsylvania area. Around here they were trying to get our local boys to marry their girls.
