Thank you Mugsy for bringing this up. Where I live the city has just now stopped selling pound dogs to the university for research. People here didn't really know it was going on and than it came out in the papers, the city officials were pressured by their voters to end this and now it has been done

Are the people of this county aware of this? Maybe go to the local paper and have them put a story about what is going on in the paper and hopefully the same results will follow as in my city.
