Is Chip in good health? Why is he being such a bully? There is some herbal stuff at pet stores that can be put in a kitty's food to calm them...hopefully it is inexpensive.

ETA: WHO have you let down? You saved 4 kittens and their mom! And you saved the porch family. Yes, one baby is missing, but is likely in a new home and getting spoiled rotten! You have spent money you didn't really have to feed and care for these as best you could, and your heart is huge. You did this in spite of pain and broken blinds and other things.
