Thanks everyone!

Lady's bumps seem to be getting a bit better, although they are still there. You can sort of see them on her sides in this pic:

She has her on some anti-inflamitory pills (which seem to help it when she takes them, but don't appear to be getting rid of it), she's changed dog food, and she just bought her a nice new dog house. She's going to give it some time to see if any of these things work, if not, we'll take her back to the vet. They don't seem to bother her at all.
