    The few apple trees around here have at least another 6 weeks before starting to bear fruit.

    I think that is just a rumor started by some apple farmer. I never eat apples.

    Well, when you get OLDER those apples come in handy. They can & will keep you from getting bound up so you don't have to go see a doctor.

    LMBO. I eat other types of fiber. Never been a fruit person. Coffee seems to be a natural laxative for me in the a.m. Is this TMI ?
