Since my country is just south of The Netherlands, we've been there often!!
There is a parc in Lisse called "Het Keukenhof" .It is a fabulous place!! Some of your pics are taken there I think!! It can be visited from 22 March to 20 May 2012!

This is the link to the official site: http://www.keukenhof.nl/

I don't dare show these to my wife. We lived in the Netherlands for almost 3 years and all I hear from her is "When are we going back to the Netherlands"?

TULIP time there is indeed the most awesome sight you can imagine. The photos are beautiful but they just can't capture the enormous panarama that just surrounds you. Other neet and almost as beautiful is daffodil and croquis times. Before the tulip time you have a daffodils time and then you are surrounded by yellow in all directions. Croquis time is really one of my favorites. One of the first signs of spring is the Croquis bloomimg. Every village and town in the whole country has all of their green space planted with croquis. Before the green space needs mowing it is turned into a random rainbow of color. During this time we would just drive from village to village just to see the color tapestry surprise offered by each green space.

If any of you do make it to the Netherlands, in addition to the "Het Keukenhof" , that Lut mentioned, be sure to see the Aalsmeer Flower Auction. It is the largest flower auction in the world. The auction building is the third largest building in the world, in terms of floorspace, 10.6 million sq ft. Flowers from all over the world are traded on a daily basis at the Aalsmeer facilities. Around 20 million flowers are sold daily with a 10% increase around special days such as valentines day and Mothers day.
