What an odd name for a bike race. No, my mind didn't go in the gutter, but I wonder what is being bumped and ground, except your whole body night feel like that when you're done.
If you ever rode a Mountain Bike over the terrain like Oak Mountain then you would know why it is named "Bump & Grind". There is nothing smooth about a rocky decent at 30 mph off of the mountain, and no tougher grind that the 1600 ft of climbing needed to make that decent. If you want a Endorphins high try mountain biking.
