Thank you for your Birthday wishes, we appreciate it. I do hope Fister and I will have many more years together. I love him to pieces.
A little background for newcomers...
It was fifteen years ago John and I came back from a vacation in Spain, and we could see that Fru Plet (Ms. Spot) in the yard had given birth. We were of course anxious to see the babies, but it took us three days to find them. Plet had hidden them on a beam behind the dustbins of all places! There were two kittens... Fister and his sister.
Judging from when they opened their eyes, we guessed they had been born on May 20th, so we decided that would be Fister’s birthday. This is the only picture I have of them from when they still lived in the yard.
We soon fell in love with Fister and he started coming up to us when he was about a year old. You can read more about that in John’s (Jonza) threads. To bring him into our lives was the best decision ever! His sister found another family to live with, and his mother stayed in the yard with Pjevs, who some of you have met here.
This is Fister’s family. Unfortunately not a very good picture.
Fister and I love our cuddles In the mornings, and after breakfast I give him a good brushing. He will sit by his cat tower and wait foir it. So sweet!
After the brushing, he loves to sit and watch what’s going on outside.
... and in the evenings, he helps me on the computer.
We’ve had a nice and relaxed day and it’s a long weekend here, so we’re going to keep celebrating for three days. He got his Gimpet vitamin paste this morning and he loves it. See the two little video clip’s below!
Before dinner I took out the packet of calf liver I had bought and he came running immediately and started dancing around in the kitchen - I had not even opened it yet, but he sure could smell it. LOL! For dessert, he had Temptations that he also loves. The eco Whiskas pouch he wouldn't touch. He is having another nap now.
Hope you enjoyed seeing him.
