I see you got another sunny day for a walk, Heidi! It was sunny here this morning but it's raining now. Such a smarty girl, you are learning to let your people know it's time to help you come in! I'm sure you'll look terrific after your groomer visit Happy Wednesday!

    Relaxin,Thursday's Walk,back from groomer

Heidi snoozing at mom's feet last night,on her walk this morning before going ot the groomers,we were waiting for the buses to pass, one driver turned and looked at Heidi and smiled,up the street she met two poodles, couldn't go get to them as a bus was coming, kids were being let off at school, she wanted to go there again.I had a lawn to do so mom took her today, she didn't want to go,she whined the whole way,she was good at getting clipped and combed,I comb her about every day and she is really good at keeping still, she didn't want to to have a bath, had it anyway, also played with a cat and licked it,cleaning it or just being friendly. She wanted in when we got home, was hungry and thirsty, played with toys, has had milk bones and water, been out twice,is snoozing at my feet now.She rolls on her back and lets out some barks.Michelle the groomer said she felt fat,mom did get the wrong food,Puppy food instead of Adult,it has less calories, mom got the right one as she got it wrong again today.I weighed Heidi, she is about the same as when she was spayed, 15 pounds.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

    Relaxin,With Monkey

Heidi flipped over late Friday afternoon and in bed last night with her Monkey, she was scared of something last night, may have taken to bed with her as company.Heidi didn't have a walk today,we were helping Shannon with the yard sale of her daycare things. For teh most part ,Heidi stayed down in here bed,she went there on her own,it was left open and she never left it with me or anyone else coming in,one neighbor came in and Heidi got a belly rub.Buster was pretty good,he spent the most part in the back patio, knocked over a fertilizer spreader twice, had to clean that up,before that was tied up out front, got loos then was tied up along the north fence then to the patio. It was a overcast day,Shannon was to come between 5 and 6 to get things out,was not here until 20 to 8,sold some of her things not much, were mostly her daycare things,Mom sold a few things, some of dad's tools,a drill press and a Sawzall and racks of screws, bolts and nails. We packed it up early,it started to rain,we may have another dale to get rid of more things in a couple of weeks, next week is a holiday weekend here so the week after the the 28th of May.We went out to supper today,Mom pad for with money she made today,I had Chicken Souvlaki.Mom wanted to do something for Larry and Marlene's 40th Anniversary tomorrow,we are going out with them tomorrow ,same place. We found that 40 years ago tonight,Marlene and Larry had Kentucky fried Chicken and his parent's house, quite a difference. We are tired form the long day,I was ready early,Mom has been snoozing.Heidi has had Milk bones and water, she snoozed with mom, been out and now snoozing behind,is talking to Marlene now and we are going to bed as soon as she finishes talking to her.Rainy right up to Wednesday,a little cooler so won't get many walks in or grass cut.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

    playin,watchin

Heidi and I playing fetch with the bone this morning and sitting in the chair looking out at people and dogs going by.Too wet and windy again today for a walk. She had her plays of fetch and looking outside, she bit at mom's shoes ,wasn't happy with her,she was put in her cage when we went to church. She had lunch when we got home, has played a bit down her this afternoon, snoozing now.Going out again tonight for supper, same place as last night,Larry enjoyed his surfnturf so much wants to go back again. As i said ,today is their 40th Anniversary.40 years ago today,it was sunny and warm, not so today,I remember I went with my Aunt and Uncle to the church,Mom and Dad went with Marlene.Larry looked like a beanpole back then, was thin, not so no ,too heavy,Marlene looked real nice that day, still does now.Everybody including the the parents bridal party and my Grandma, dad's mom and Larry's Great Grandmother were in the photographs, somehow the photographer who we know did not get pictures of me and Larry's brother Frank, not happy about it.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

    Re: Spring weather

This is what Heidi has to say about spring weather that's not conducive to outdoor walking---

Darn right, Heidi! What's up with the weather anyhow. I thought spring was here and now I'm back to wearing a jacket and layers again.
