    Snuzzin,Walkin,Snugglin,Watchin,With mom

Heidi snoozing by my chair Saturday night, snuggled next to Sunday morning, watching out the front window at birds and dogs,Sunday afternoon after church going for a short walk, just half of what I usually do,without the harness, don't want to hurt her tummy, first of those pictures walking by the corner of the house and Heidi with Mom in her chair just before Shannon came with the kids and buster,Heidi greeted Samantha when she came to the front door, was a little too excited, didn't want her hurting herself so put her in her cage where she4 was until just before 7,she had to go out, went out the front door with her,Buster was out back on the patio,he was out there while we ate,Taffy was in the house.Heidi was quiet the whole time while in her cage. This morning down here, she went to where her toys are in the bed and took out the Monkey, chewed on it a bit and is now resting behind me,just let out a snort.Heidi had been looking at her leash for a couple of days so took her on a walk after church on Sunday.Supper was Ham,Hash Browns,Brussel Sprouts,Corn, buns and Cabbage Salad, dessert was a Lemon filling in between,a top and bottom layer of Graham Crumbs.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

    walkin,relaxin,snuggin

Heidi on her walks Monday afternoon, she moved a little fast, some pictures go blurry, the the one that didn't you can see our house in the top left corner,Heidi flipped over yesterday down here and under the chair, head resting and snuggling with me in the chair this morning. She is back to normal, she got chewing on her Monkey and a rubber bone then last night had a play of fetch with the Monkey then a blitz down here but was bad after that and pooped. She tired herself out form the walking and the paying and had a nap near me and in front of Mom's chair, went right to her cage last night, went to get Mom up after eating, sat with her and with me after I had cereal. She watched the garbage trucks go by,fascinated at looking out at what is going out.She has been down here chewing on the monkey but mainly sleeping, snoring away, now outside after greeting Mom who had her nails done.Lousy weather here this week, just had a downpour, not doing anything right now, maybe in the afternoon and tomorrow also so maybe won't get many walks in with Heidi.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

    snuggin,with mom,walkin,wantin in

Heidi snuggled up to me this morning,on Mom's lap,on her walk this morning, she looks at her leash this morning, wanted to go before 8,I said after the school buses have gone, she had a great walk, met or neighbor across the street, rolled over and wanted a belly rub, later this morning at the back door wanting in.This morning, had a play with the Monkey after breakfast, cuddled with Mom then me.After all this, came down here, had a snooze, then we went for a walk.Early this afternoon, cut out lawn before it rained,Heidi stayed down her and was waiting for me to come back. She had her lunch and supper, she has had plays of fetch with 3 or 4 of her toys, had been out a few times, not always for doing what she has too,she looks for leaves and twigs for eat,she had sour smelling face, probably from bringing that up so had a face wash this morning. She is snoozing right now behind me,is tired out from all her play and walking today. We have new neighbors on the corner, they have a girl and a boy plus a Scottish Terrier the father is with the Toronto Fire Department, saw another dog there too, might have been a Labradoodle, may have been theirs. Our next door neighbors had to put their dog down about 2 weeks ago,Yoda was a Golden Retriever,it was something to do in her mouth, may have been cancer, not sure.Supposed to got more rain tonight,a little tomorrow, some drizzle on Friday, sunny Saturday, rain on Sunday.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

    Heidi Playing

Heidi this morning after breakfast having play of fetch with the rubber rope bone.Besides playing fetch today, all she has done is snooze and eat and go out,it was way too windy for a walk,it was gusting to 50-55 miles per hour,it blew chairs down in the gazebo, extensions to the downspout were off twice,a neighbor's shed come from where it is sitting, brought a few limbs down the power was off for an hour from 11:30 to 12:30.I fixed the step with crushed stone, building it up so the bricks would be level, hosed off the sidewalk from the dirt washing out,it was getting windy at that time,Heidi was down here being quiet. .Heidi had a play earlier this afternoon,a couple tonight, was bad a few times, peed twice and pooped, when she goes out,she looks for leaves or twigs to bring in.She has had her snack of Iams bones and water,a play of fetch, now snoozing, mom thinks the operation gave her more energy, also thinks she is making up for the four days or so she wasn't doing much.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.

I'm so glad she's doing so well, Barry. She seems proud of her incision. I know your whole neighborhood loves her. I wish I could pick her up and give her a million kisses. Please do that for me.
I'm going to need surgery on my leg. My last knee replacement prosthesis has broken thru the femur in my left leg. I've had a broken leg since January. Finally found out. I'm now waiting for a scheduled surgery date. Having alot of pain and being real careful. The doctor is afraid the bone will snap in half.
Tell Heidi to be a good girl!!

    I've been Boo'd...
    Thanks Barry!

    Relaxin,Sunday Walk

Heidi flipped over snoozing just before I got ready for church Sunday morning and on her walks around the block after we got back form church, she met a Chocolate Lab down the street, she couldn't wait, the Lab wagged its tail, that's I think the dog was female and realized Heidi was and wasn't really interested in in her,Heidi was happy to see the dog.Right after this, cut the lawn,I was about half done and it started to rain, got it finished then it was just showers,we had Chili for supper,Heidi had hers before that, she stayed down here while we ate.She had a play of fetch before we left to see the chorus at church, she stayed in the rec room, she just snoozed, nothing was out of place, the music was good, about 90 of them from all over Southern Ontario, church was filled, the congregation sang a few hymns as well, they also told some funny stories, some true.this morning,Heidi sat with both of us,had a play of fetch, brought her down here and she is snoozing behind the chair, was snoring, not right now.Showers on and off today and tomorrow morning,a chance on Wednesday, probably too wet for a walk with Heidi this morning.
thanks very much devon. I have been boo'd.
