I was thinking of trying olive oil but since it is around the eyes I don't want to mess around too much. it will eventually wear off on it's own I suppose. I never clean mine off (bad I know) and eventually it just wears off lol

Well the mascara pretty much all came off on it's own . about an hour after this photo most of it had disappeared. she still has it on her eyelashes though

Baby oil will do the trick. I use that to take off mascara whenever I use it - which isn't often anymore. Just put some on a cotton ball and swab gently around the eyes. You can scrub a little more vigorously for the rest of the face.
I wouldn't leave it on her and take a chance of her rubbing her eye and getting the mascara in it. But that's just me and my opinion........
