Mary, I hope you had an uneventful birthday as well, and didnt have to deal with the DMV.

Kinda cool sharing a birthday with someone, even if I dont know them face to face. We share a birthday with my Granny Mo.

Ha, I did have to deal w/the DMV but it was ok. It went pretty fast. I hope you had a good birthday, too. I've never shared one w/anyone before and, yes, it is kinda cool.

Did you have to renew your drivers license too?

Nope, not until next year. I'm concerned about it, too, b/c of my poor vision. I see fine as long as I drive w/my glasses on but they always want you to take the vision test w/o them. I'm lucky to even see the sign let alone the numbers and letters w/o my glasses. Last time I renewed my license, I just guessed at it and the girl said "You're fine". I didn't argue but she really should have failed me. Scary to think of how many people are driving w/poor vision and not wearing glasses.

Mary, Indiana makes it "conditional licence" if you wear glasses you must
have them on when you drive. It's also noted on the licence itself. If you
are stopped or have an accident and are not wearing them, you get a
ticket. Does Ohio have the same law?

I honestly don't know if we have the same law or not but I needn't worry b/c I would never drive w/o my glasses. I can't! LOL
